The NICEIC (National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting) is the UK's leading electrical contracting certification body, with over 60 years of history assessing electrical contractors against rigorous safety standards.
As a NICEIC Approved Contractor, R.E.S Ltd is regularly and independently assessed to ensure our work meets BS 7671 (the IET Wiring Regulations) and all relevant British Standards. Our engineers, equipment and documentation are all subject to ongoing scrutiny.
When you hire a NICEIC Approved Contractor, you're protected. If a dispute arises about the safety of our work, the NICEIC's Complaints Resolution Service can investigate and, if necessary, require remedial work to be carried out at no cost to you.

Part P Registered
All notifiable domestic electrical work is registered under Part P of the Building Regulations. This means your installation is formally recorded with your local authority — essential when selling your property.
BS 7671 18th Edition
All our engineers hold current qualifications to the 18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) — the latest version of the UK's national standard for electrical installations.
City & Guilds QualifiedEIC & EICR Certification
We issue Electrical Installation Certificates (EIC) for new work and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) for inspection work. All certificates are issued on completion of every job.
